Stretching keeps us healthy, strong, and flexible and helps prevent injury. It’s something that should be part of our daily routine and as much of a priority as exercise. Without stretching, we become tight and prone to injury, straining muscles and overcompensating with others, sometimes experiencing pain in our joints, and ultimately limiting our range of motion.

I believe in a proactive approach to health, wellness, and fitness. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Stretch Specialist, certified yoga instructor, and certified reiki practitioner, I have a passion for understanding the impact that physical movement and rest have on our wellbeing. With a background in personal training, competitive powerlifting, and living an active lifestyle, I understand and relate to my clients’ goals and needs.
